Hi everyone, it’s Hope. And today, I’m going to talk about what I do whenever I am feeling down to get myself up. Lately, I haven’t been feeling in the best way and these things helped me a lot. Without more talking, here’s the 7 things to do when you’re feeling down.
Find somebody to talk to, and just talk. Talk about what makes you sad, or talk about anything you want. You have to set free your bad ideas and your worries. If you have nobody there, right next to you, write, write literally anywhere you want : Twitter, Blogs, on a separate sheet, on your computer, anywhere!
If you want to, just do it. Sometimes, I just need to have a good cry and then I kind of feel released, just feeling light you know. No need to talk to someone, or write anything, just cry.
3. Go through Instagram, Pinterest, etc…
Just lay in bed, turn on your phone and go through your apps; nothing is more simple than that.
4. Sing and Dance.
When I need to get rid of all the negativity I have in my body or express my anger, I just dance like no one is watching me or sing as loud as I can for even a few minutes and I am completely free.
5. YouTube, Books, Blog…
Again, lay in bed and read a book, watch videos on YouTube, listen to music, read blogs, watch movies or tv shows. You need a little distraction, a little comfort, let things slip your mind.
6. Go back in times.
Go through your happy memories, yes, not the ones that will make you cry because you already did, like, a lot, and now it’s time to step it up! And, It will help you to focus on what matters to you and what makes you happy.
7. Do what you love.
Personally, it’s cooking and… shopping! If it makes you feel better, go for a walk, go jogging, play video games anything.
PS. Cooking is great because once you’re done, you’ve got wonderful things to eat ha-ha!
And that’s all for today, tell me if there are things you do that helps you feel better whenever you’re sad. Please share and like this post.
See you next time, bye!
Hi everyone, it’s Hope. And today I am coming back to give you some tips and tricks to travel for less. I only choose five advice, but I can do a part II if you ask. Let’s get started!
1. Booking very early or the latest you can.
It really depends on what we’re talking about;
- Train : early
- Flight : early, but also last minutes for the big companies
- Hotel : last minute, even D-day if you’re not a planner person (but I am, so I never did that ha-ha but I have friends who do that).
Hi everyone, it’s Hope. And today I’m back for a small post about music. I’m going to share with you my favorite song of the moment.
Hi everyone, it’s Hope. And today we’re getting back to taveling!
I am going to talk about my favorite places in Brussels. My family lives near the city so I won’t tell you places where a basic tourist goes (I mean not everything haha). These are my favorite places to escape or learn about history or simply go for a walk or shopping.
First things first, I’ve eaten the best french fries in my life on the place Jourdan, I can’t find the adress, but you just have to follow the crowd and you’ll find it in the easiest way. When you have your bag of chips, go grab a beer at “Chez Bernard” still place Jourdan (address: Place Jourdan 47, 1040 Etterbeek, Brussels) yes you can enter with what you just bought to eat, amazing, right?
